Description
Solo Performance is proud to introduce its MACH-X-V6-CH stainless steel, mandrel bent, converter back dual exhaust kit for the 2009-2014 V6 Challenger. This dual exhaust kit fits both the 3.5L and 3.6L V6 Challenger. Note: requires a rear fascia modification for the 2009-2010 3.5L V6 Challenger. Your local Chrysler can get the dual outlet fascia for a very reasonable price (under $100 at this time)
Raw American muscle on the outside and a refined, non-invasive performance exhaust note on the inside. The dramatic sound difference from outside to inside is accomplished by months of research and development plus specific product design. Fit, form, and function are the cornerstones of our Solo Performance MACH-X-V6-CH exhaust kits. All of us at Solo Performance are very proud to bring this exhaust kit to the Challenger community.
Our exhaust tips are made from T304 stainless steel and our 2 ¼” mandrel bent pipes are made from T409 stainless. A heavy duty heat shield is included to protect the gas tank on the earlier model 3.5L Challengers. We have this free flow exhaust kit offered with three different tip styles to choose from. You can retain your stock exhaust tips (we have a ball fit at the end of our tailpipe and you can reuse your original tip and collar connector). We use J-Pipes on the Solo MACH-X-V6-CH exhaust kit to eliminate the interior drone while keeping the exterior tone!
Exhaust System Specs
The MACH-X-V6-CH exhaust kit is a full stainless steel mandrel bent free flow cat-back exhaust kit.
Right and Left tail pipe assembly using Solo Quad ( dual tips each side ) tips: 2 ¼” mandrel bent T409 stainless steel pipe with a ball and flair front connection ( where the tail pipe meets the front muffler assembly) to help with exhaust tip adjustments. Solo tips come in dual round and dual square, please see pictures below.
Right and Left tail pipe assembly to be used with stock exhaust tips: These tail pipes are exactly the same as the ones described above except they have a rear ball which mates up to the flared stock exhaust tip. The stock “collar” must be used as well.
J-Pipes: All kits come with Solo adjustable J-Pipes to tune out the interior drone frequencies.
