Special Attention:
For use with production GM engines. This has counter sunk bolt holes. A one time use T40 Torx Bit tapered bolt is required. The required torque is 11ft/lbs.

These Chevrolet Performance Parts camshaft retainer plates are designed to fit behind the front cover and act as a seal for the front oil passages that feed oil to the lifters, cam, and main bearings. They feature a specially designed orange O-ring seal to keep oil sealed in. The plates support greater cam loads.
