Ford Performance Parts 289/302/351W X2 Street Cruiser aluminum assembled cylinder heads provide an easy way to bolt-on significant horsepower to your Street Cruiser package! Manufactured using all-new Ford tooling, and constructed using 356-T6 aluminum, each cylinder head is cast, precision machined, and assembled with premium components. The X2 heads also feature high-temperature exhaust valve seats, bronze guides, common rocker bosses for strength, and increased section thickness in critical areas for porting. Sold individually, two of these X2 Street Cruiser cylinder heads are required for you to complete your engine’s horsepower upgrade.

Additional features include:

* Intake flows approximately 230 cfm at .600 in. lift (at 28 in. of H20)
* Exhaust flows approximately 160 cfm at .600 in. lift (at 28 in. of H20)
* Machined for 1.94 in. intake and 1.54 in. exhaust valve diameters
* Use either GT-40 or aftermarket performance intake manifolds
* Must check your intake manifold for port match; not all intakes are compatible due to the tall high-flow ports
* Machined for AGSP-32C gasket seat spark plugs
* Each head weighs approximately 25 lbs. less than each production cast iron head
* Each head is leak-tested prior to assembly
* Compatible with many aftermarket intake manifolds, headers, and valve train components
* Includes Ford Performance intake valves, exhaust valves, and PAC 1219X Ovate Beehive valve springs
* Features 10 degree locks, steel valve spring retainers, and stock valve seals
* Features wider valve cover gasket sealing rail to prevent leaks
* Compatible with all Ford Performance roller camshafts and aftermarket hydraulic roller camshafts up to .600 in. lift
* Compatible with bolt-down rockers 1.6-1.7 ratio; always check rocker arm clearance to valve springs with production rocker arms

* Use Ford Performance M-6065-BOSS headbolt set or Ford Performance M-6014-BOSS head stud kit
* Use Ford Performance head gasket M-6051-CP331 or M-6051-S331—or, for “Big Bore” application, use M-6051-R351
* Must use Ford Performance M-6065-D289 headbolt kit to install heads on 289/302 production blocks
* Does not fit 1986 5.0L with flat-top pistons unless pistons are notched for valve relief
