These supercharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation other than fuel system and tuning. This includes all mounting brackets for the blower, pullies, belts, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings and clamps and even oil for the self contained lubricating system. You do not need to make any major modifications or purchase special tools. Many customers install in their garage or driveway over a weekend.

ProCharger put the LT-4 engine on the map by creating a supercharger system that could support the 1,200hp we knew this factory forged engine was capable of handling. Owners of Corvette Z06’s and Camaro ZL1’s rejoiced as it became almost easy to make the magical “4 digits” power numbers (1,000+ rwhp). Thanks to these ultra high-efficiency centrifugal superchargers, customers are able to produce the largest TQ and HP numbers possible, in all the RPM ranges that matter with these modern 8 and 10-speed transmissions.
GM laid the foundation for big power with the LT4 engine’s forged internals, relatively low compression, and factory-supercharger system, and now with the addition of a ProCharger supercharger you can bolt-on an extra 125+ HP over stock with an intercooled D-1SC head unit at the 10 psi factory boost level and pump gas, with no permanent modifications to the vehicle. At 13 psi, while still running pump gas and factory timing, 825 HP is at your fingertips.
Thanks to the super-efficient boost and power created by the ProCharger centrifugal design, with a larger supercharger head unit you can achieve power levels upwards of 1,600 HP! This new LT4 system is based on the proven bracket design and dedicated belt-drive unique to the LT4 platform, but replaces the CTS-V LT4 factory roots-style supercharger with a direct-replacement sheet metal intake manifold. This new manifold was designed to optimize the airflow and power potential, but still fit comfortably under the factory hood.
Intake Manifold
ProCharger designed and built a custom LT4 sheet metal intake manifold to replace the factory roots supercharger. This intake manifold is a direct replacement for the factory manifold–you simply unbolt the factory blower and drop the new intake in its place. This intake features CNC billet intake runners and base plates, as well as thick-wall sheet metal built to withstand high amounts of boost. We set out to not only optimize flow and power potential, but also ensure the factory hood line was maintained.
Blower Options
From mild to wild, ProCharger has a supercharger head unit ready to support whatever power level you desire. The base system comes with the super-efficient D-1SC supercharger, capable of 825 RWHP (925 HP), and race systems are available up to the F-2 unit which can support 1,600 HP. Each ProCharger supercharger model features our patented self-contained design with its own internal oiling system, and is built out of aircraft grade billet aluminum for the ultimate in reliability.
Air-to-Air Intercooler
ProCharger performed rigorous testing to design the ultimate air-to-air intercooler for the CTS-V, including road course, drag strip, street traffic, and in-lab testing. By putting the intercooler through its paces they were able to ensure the coolest charge air temperature and safe engine-operating temperature, all while leaving the factory-engineered aerodynamics in place.
Reversibility
The installation of our this HO Intercooled System is 100% reversible, with no permanent modifications needed to the vehicle. The factory supercharger and supporting components/hardware are easily unbolted and removed and can be reinstalled just as easily. From our bolt-in intake manifold, blower bracket, to the air-to-air intercooler system, everything is 100% plug-and-play. No cutting, bending, tweaking, or trimming of any kind is needed. So if you lease your CTS-V you can return everything back to stock when you return it back to the dealer!
