For years, the Polluter V1 was our flagship camshaft (sold only for LS1 & LS6 engines), known and respected industry-wide as a maximum effort heavy-hitter that absolutely LOVES nitrous.� Our brand new Street Heat Stage 3 POLLUTER Camshaft for 4.8L & 5.3L Engines successfully carries on the Polluter name and mixes it with the newest, most advanced technology available!� The result?� HUGE power gains, impressive valvetrain longevity and surprisingly good street manners (with a good dynotune, of course.)� This camshaft (like all of our Elite Series Camshafts) is designed to fit stock engine/cylinder head combinations without the need to clearance your pistons, but since it is a TIGHT fit, we require that you verify piston-to-valve clearance during install.� We strongly suggest the use of our Tick/PAC Dual Valvesprings and hardened pushrods with this camshaft (sold separately.) Countless hours were spent developing this camshaft to perform precisely the way we advertise, so as a result, changes to the LSA or any other specification of this camshaft are not available.
