Heavy Duty version features a thicker axle, premium shocks, steering box, and Wilwood brake calipers, with steel upper fender braces for added support
This kit will give your Chevy II Nova that 60s nose in the air look while still allowing it to be driven comfortably and safely on the street
No cutting or grinding is necessary with these gasser subframes for your 1962-65 Chevy II Nova

This adds strength to the subframe structure and supports the 8-bolts that hold the lower rails to the “chassis”
The firewall support tubes bolt directly to the firewall using existing factory holes
These leaf-spring suspensions include everything you’ll need to install it into a stock Chevy II Nova chassis in a weekend
Comes with frame mounts installed for small block, big block, and LS series engines
Parallel leaf spring assembly bolts to subframe and supports tube axle
Springs are heavy enough to support big block applications
Equipped with Vega steering box and cross-style steering
Urethane bushings to withstand the punishment of today’s streets while providing a comfortable ride
Subframe Kit includes:
Subframe assembly
Leaf springs
Spindles
Competition Engineering Shocks
3-Way Adjustable Drag Shocks are designed to allow the racer to dial-in the race car to meet changing track conditions
The principle behind Competition Engineering’s shock absorber design is to allow the front end of the race car to rise rapidly upon initial launch, creating greater weight transfer and better traction to the rear tires
As the car travels down the track, the front end will gradually descend to its ride height without unloading the rear tires which is a major cause of wheel spin
Adjustable in three ratios: 90/10, 80/20 and 60/40
These ratios reflect the percentage of force required to extend and compress the shock absorber
Quickly change the valve setting by simply compressing the shock fully and rotating the shaft until the indexing notch mates with the desired setting on the body – It’s as simple as twist and click
Monotube design
