Swap out your iron case for weight savings and added strength! You can save 20 lbs. of ugly weight with Strange 9 in. aluminum cases. Machined from high-tensile aluminum alloy, they’re actually stronger than standard Ford iron cases. They come with billet aluminum bearing caps. A word of caution–because aluminum is less rigid than cast iron, ring and pinion gear life will be less than with nodular iron cases due to case deflection.
