For 1999 and later applications with 30-spline axles or 1998 and earlier when converting from 28 to 30-spline axles. When used in the 1998 and earlier housing, must use special carrier bearings with 1.781 in. I.D. and 2.891 in. O.D. race (See Suggested Parts tab). Designed for 2.73 and numerically higher ratios. Not designed to be used with synthetic oil.
